Ultra Low Cost Carriers (ULCCs) have struggled throughout 2025, with the latest round of impacts affecting many of our peers. However, we’ve managed to use our differentiated business model to our advantage and are staying our course of growth.
While many airlines are downsizing operations and fleets, we’re staying steady, because we know what our customers want. “We’ve won in Minnesota,” Jude said during his interview with Twin Cities Business. We know when and where Midwesterners want to fly, adjust our operations accordingly, and have won the loyalty of local leisure customers.
While we’re doing less scheduled service flying than we did last year due to our 2025 focus on the cargo line of business, we’re focusing on predictably strong travel days and opting out of marginal ones.
Together, this is what’s kept us profitable and able to plan for future growth – including bringing on additional aircraft and adding back in paused routes in the coming years.
