Two Sun Country voices are soaring to new heights in the terminals of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Our very own Workforce Management Specialist Ebony Coles and Customer Service Agent Daron Walker were selected among the newest ‘Voices of MSP,’ a program featuring airport employees and volunteers as the official announcers for public messages throughout the airport.
Ebony and Daron were chosen from a competitive pool of 120 applicants along with six other MAC airline employees, lending their voices to the bustling travel hubs of Terminal 1 and 2.
“It feels so surreal to be chosen for something like Voices of MSP,” said Ebony, who voiced a public address announcement that plays in Terminal 2. “It's a huge opportunity. It’s amazing to discover my voice has its own unique quality.”
The annual ‘Voices of MSP’ program was created to give airport team members a chance to connect with travelers beyond their daily duties. We are proud to see two of our own being recognized for their contributions— not only to our airline, but to the entire airport community.
