Featured on WCCO-TV: Greg Mays talks customer focus ahead of a busy holiday weekend

Heading into one of the busiest travel weekends of the year, our COO Greg Mays met WCCO-TV reporter Susan Elizabeth Littlefield at Terminal 2 to talk about our growth over the last six years, diversified business model, and constant focus on improving the customer experience. He also offered a few travel tips for customers taking to the skies.  



“Across this weekend we'll service 85,000 passengers. (We've seen) 10% growth, year on year since 2018… so we continue to get bigger,” said Greg. This growth has added to the popularity of MSP’s Terminal 2, especially among families looking for affordable and hassle-free flights out of the Twin Cities over the holidays.  

 

“We have really put a lot of effort and focus into making sure we have a good customer experience, so we really want to deliver that good product and good service and that is what we want to become known for,” Greg added. 

 

With a projected 22,000 passengers flying on Wednesday, November 27, and equally as many the Sunday following Thanksgiving, we look forward to connecting countless travelers to the people and places they love most.
