Two people hiking on a rocky mountain trail, wearing yellow and plaid jackets. Snow-capped peaks in the background and bright sunlight.

Ready to trade humidity for high altitudes? This summer, we’re making it easy (and affordable) to get to cooler temps, alpine lakes, and pine-lined trails. Whether you’re planning a solo recharge or a family getaway, our mountain routes are your shortcut to summer adventure. Here’s a quick look at where we fly, when we fly there, and what kind of trip you can build around it:

Daily flights | Feb 24 – Dec 7

Think Mount Rainier hikes, ferry rides to the islands, fresh oysters on the waterfront, and road trips to Olympic National Park. A few hours in the car and you’re in a totally new world.

2x weekly (Sun, Thu) | Jun 5 – Sep 1

Your base for quiet trails, lake towns, and scenic drives through Idaho’s panhandle. Silverwood Theme Park is an easy add-on if you’ve got kids along for the ride.

Daily flights | Apr 4 – Dec 2

For city-meets-mountains energy. Sip coffee downtown in the morning, hike around Mount Hood by afternoon, then loop through Hood River for craft beer and farm stands.

Couple holding hands, standing on rocks by a lake, facing a snow-capped mountain under a clear blue sky, surrounded by forest.

2x weekly (Sun, Thu) | Jun 12 – Oct 19

Green Mountain charm at its peak. Stay in a lakeside inn, drive through winding mountain roads, and treat yourself to maple everything. Vermont in summer is low-key magic.

2x weekly (Sun, Thu) | Jun 19 – Aug 17

Basecamp for the Sawtooth Mountains. Think hot springs, crystal-clear lakes, and no crowds. Pack layers—Boise mornings start crisp and cool.

4x weekly (Sun, Wed, Thu, Sat) | Jun 11 – Aug 31

A smart pick for Yellowstone trips. And Bozeman itself? Artsy, outdoorsy, with surprisingly good food and even better fly fishing.

Two children sit on a grassy hill enjoying a picnic. One wears a yellow backpack. Scenic mountains and trees fill the background under a blue sky.

Daily except Tuesdays | Jan 1 – Dec 8

Classic for a reason. Hike or bike the Flatirons, head up to Rocky Mountain National Park, or hang in Boulder for sunshine and street performers. You can make this trip whatever you want.

Up to 4x weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat) | Jun 7 – Aug 25

Straight shot to Glacier National Park. The Going-to-the-Sun Road is a must-do—but go early. And yes, the water really is that blue.

Up to 11x weekly | May 17 – Sep 13

Not just mountains—Alaska is next-level wilderness. Rent a car, keep your camera ready, and make space for a glacier cruise or a midnight hike.

Hiker with poles in red jacket ascends rocky trail with snow-capped mountains and lake in background under clear blue sky.

Pro tip: Renting a car is a game-changer for these trips. The best trailheads, roadside diners, and scenic overlooks aren’t always right off the main drag. Build your own adventure, stop when you want, and make the trip yours.

Your mountain moment is ready when you are. Get To Going.
