We are eager to share that Captain Brian Roseen has been named our System Chief Pilot. The System Chief Pilot is the leader of the Chief Pilot Office and responsible for directing and supporting our pilot team.
Brian has been with us for more than 35 years as a pilot, Director of Pilot Training, and a Check Pilot. He also served as Chair of the pilot group’s Master Executive Council from 2015-2018 and currently co-chairs ALPA’s Training Committee. He brings a valuable 360-degree perspective to the role of System Chief Pilot, and we are fortunate he wanted to take on this new role.
“I have enjoyed working with Brian since 2019 when I joined the airline. He has tremendous experience as an aviator and in leadership roles supporting our pilots. I am thankful he has accepted the position,” said Chief Operating Officer Greg Mays.
Captain Dan Reid is returning to our training department where he will focus on developing and mentoring pilots.
“I want to thank Dan Reid, as he returns to his passion for training pilots, for his steady hand and leadership in the Chief Pilot role,” said Chief Operating Officer Greg Mays.
Join us in welcoming Brian to the System Chief Pilot role and in thanking Dan for his continued work in the training department.
