Today, we proudly unveil our new employer brand platform and our revamped career site, designed to showcase who we are and where we’re going.
For the past two years, our teams across marketing and human resources along with leadership and employees from across the organization have been working together to redefine what makes Sun Country Airlines employment unique. The result? A powerful new employer brand platform that includes our employer value proposition (EVP) statement, company values, and employer tagline.
Our EVP is grounded in the core values that drive everything we do: Safety, Connection, Reliability, and Affordability. These values are not just words; they are the principles that guide our daily operations, shape our company culture, and define how we interact with each other and our customers.
Our new employer tagline, “Fly Forward,” rounds out the platform as the final piece of our employer brand.

To bring this project to life, we also defined the visual identity of our employer brand. The primary treatment is built on a grid system, reminiscent of the concept of building blocks of a career. Coupled with authentic photography of real employees and a familiar, but secondary, pairing of blue and orange, the look provides a more professional-based palette appropriate for job seekers and employees.
